PTSD Harmony

PTSD Harmony is a restorative frequency program designed to support the nervous system, help process stored trauma responses, and restore a sense of safety, balance, and resilience within the mind, body, and bioenergetic field.

Post-traumatic stress can occur when the nervous system remains locked in survival patterns long after a stressful or traumatic experience has passed. The body may continue to cycle through heightened states of hypervigilance, fear, emotional reactivity, or shutdown as the brain and nervous system attempt to process unresolved stress.

This program works to gently support the brain, limbic system, and nervous system in recalibrating these patterns.
